We want you to love your Casa Burgunde scent. However, due to the personal nature of perfumes, we have specific guidelines in place.

Returns

Perfumes are non-returnable once opened or used.

If you receive a product that is incorrect, damaged, or defective, you may be eligible for a return or refund (see details below).

Refunds

Once your return or claim is approved, refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 14 business days.

Please note:

  • Shipping fees are non-refundable

  • Refunds are only applicable in cases of damaged, defective, or incorrect items

Exchanges

We currently do not offer exchanges.

If you wish to try a different fragrance, we recommend placing a new order through our website.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, we’ll take care of it.

Kindly include:

  • Your order number

  • Clear photos/videos showing the issue

After verification, we will arrange a replacement or full refund, as applicable.
